Hello, I am a whole person practitioner meaning I have a Holistic approach to Counselling. I am an Integrative Psychotherapist which means I am qualified in more than one model of Psychotherapy.
I offer a personalised therapy tailored to the individual and where you 'see' yourself in the present. I have a creative approach helping to build a strong, safe and supportive base which is both accepting and honest, from which recovery and growth can flourish.
I provide short term counselling for life issues and longer term Psychotherapy for unhelpful patterns of behaviour and deeper seated problems.
