I am an integrative counsellor who uses creative methods to help children and young people express their thoughts and feelings. I am interested in what is going on in the child's unconscious mind and how that then affects their conscious experience of the world. The arts are invaluable in exploring this. My sessions are about journeying therapeutically with the child/young person to discover who they are and how they are in the world. We think together about the relationships and situations in their lives that cause them difficulty as well as build on their strengths and the things that they enjoy.
