All my working life has been spent in pastoral care and counselling. I have been involved with therapeutic counselling for about 10 years. I enjoy working integratively using the Skilled Helper Approach, Person Centred core conditions of respect, genuineness and empathy. I utilise CBT insights which works with the interaction of thoughts, physical sensations, emotional feelings and emotions. I am constantly seeking new insights and skills to enhance my practice.
