I work as a person centred therapist using integrative skills such as Solution Focused, Existential and CBT therapies when required. Working with a variety of issues such as: (but not exhaustive) depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, anger and bereavement.
My training in Humanistic Counselling has enabled me to work empathetically, being non-judgemental, empowering people to grow emotionally towards their ideal self, allowing self-actualisation.
