Welcome! I have a long career in mental health and wellbeing, as a nurse, counsellor, supervisor and trainer. As an integrative counsellor and accredited member of the National Counselling Society, I work holistically to support people in dealing with personal and relational difficulties, life review, attachment challenges, addiction, trauma, depression, stress and anxiety, work-based issues, self-harm, domestic violence, mental ill health and recovery. I work with adults, children and young people, offering a range of therapeutic counselling approaches aimed at reducing distress, building resilience, gaining life skills and enhancing life choices. As an experienced educator and qualified clinical supervisor I offer mentorship and counselling supervision to groups and individuals. I am open to working with trainees and charities for a reduced fee.
