I am an Accredited Counsellor for Adults, Children and Young People with over 20 years experience. I am Registered and Accredited with the NCS. I deliver client centred humanistic therapy as well as CBT and Integrative. By working with you and giving you support that gradually empowers and enables you to make informed decisions and equip you with the tools to a healthy life. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and empathy, and don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I am also a qualified Supervisor and Trainer. I specialise in Domestic Abuse, Abuse and Trauma and Mental Health but also work on day to day issues such as stress, bullying. Together , anxiety and transition. I will help you look at your issues and process your choices and solutions so that you can take control of your life, thoughts and feelings again.
