About Me: I bring years of experience and a genuine passion for helping others to my practice. My journey in the field of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy has been enriched by a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. I believe in the inherent resilience of each individual and the transformative power of therapeutic connection.

My Approach: In my practice, I embrace a holistic approach to healing, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic techniques, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Whether it's traditional talk therapy, hypnotherapy, or somatic work, I create a safe and supportive space for exploration and healing.

Specialist areas: Anxiety and trauma are areas of focus in my practice. I understand the profound impact these experiences can have on one's well-being and offer compassionate support to navigate the journey towards healing. My somatic work with clients allows for a deeper exploration of the body's wisdom and the release of stored tension and trauma.

What to Expect: When you step into my therapy space, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere where your experiences are honoured and respected. Together, we will explore the underlying patterns and beliefs that may be contributing to your challenges. Through gentle guidance and empowerment, I will support you in uncovering your innate resilience and strengths. I work in a traditional way or I can incorporate creative tools into my therapeutic work such as sandtrays, art, collage, tarot/therapy cards, crystals to name a few. My work involves working with children, young people and those diagnosed with Autism or suspect they have Autism and ADHD.

Take the First Step: If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, or seeking support for personal growth, know that you don't have to navigate this journey alone. Together, we can cultivate a path towards greater well-being and fulfillment.
