Mates in Mind

Welcome. I’m glad that you found the strength to look for support. Life is often a challenge and In those moments, we require help navigating our personal path. This is perfectly normal, albeit often difficult, so well done so far. Speaking with someone who can listen and understand makes such a difference which I understand completely. I have years of experience supporting clients from all walks of life and backgrounds and adapt my work to suit each one individually.
I’m often told that I’m a ‘one-off’ type of counsellor and my approach reflects this.
I am available for face to face at my office and also offer online and telephone counselling if that’s your preference.
So, If you’re looking for someone who is open, friendly, without judgement, can listen with you without telling you, be straightforward whilst being gentle, be supportive and engaging and a little bit quirky then let’s start getting you through this and putting you back together again.

There is zero obligation. Zero commitment and zero pressure - I just don’t work that way. Simply contact me for a very informal chat and see how you feel, because that’s my priority and what’s important.

I look forward to hearing from you,
Zita
