I am a highly focussed individual with a strong desire to translate my experiences in training as a counsellor into a successful career which helps others. With hours of counselling experience, my primary duty of care is to my client and working to the core conditions of empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard and in a strictly confidential environment.
A self-aware and empathetic individual with great communication and listening skills and the ability to problem solving whilst also being flexible. Working knowledge of a range of therapeutic styles and techniques and the ability to determine which method is best suited to each individual.
