I am an integrative counsellor (which means I use a variety of counselling techniques so will find the right one to suit the problem). I am also a hypnotherapist and use this in my practise. I work privately both from Corby Glen and from premises in Peterborough where the key issues currently involve relationships, anxiety, abandonment, self esteem, menopause and much more. I work closely with a hospice which involves counselling for bereavement, loss, coming to terms with ill health and caring for someone in poor health. In addition I work with teenagers where the difficulties centre around depression, anxiety, low self esteem, self harm, loss, exams and stress.
