Therapy is a unique journey for each person. I offer a range of services which can be tailored to meet your individual needs from one-off sessions to long-term psychotherapeutic intervention plans and training packages. I support both adults and young people from the age of 12+ as individuals, couples and groups. If you are struggling, nothing is too big or small to deserve support.
I have an office in the centre of Newbury, Berkshire for Face to Face appointments but due to the pandemic I have discovered I also love Zoom therapy and have had great results evidencing further our ability to embrace change and thrive. I am happy to do online and telephone sessions to suit your needs so location is not a barrier to working with me.
