Hi, I’m Sharon, an Integrative Counsellor who has over 15 years experience of working with individuals who may be experiencing difficulties in their life. I provide a confidential environment where you can share your worries, fears, hopes and dreams, with a view to us working together to improve your whole wellbeing. The Counselling process is one where you can increase your self awareness and really understand what choices you have and start working towards the changes you desire.
