My aim is to support you and build a respectful, therapeutic relationship where you feel able to look at difficult issues, and find many of the answers you may be looking for within yourself, with help and guidance enabling you to reach your goals.

  NVQ 2 - Teaching assistant.
  Diplomas in Reflexology.
  Course completed - MHFA (mental health first aid; youth)
  AQA Intermediate Level National Award - Instruction to counselling concepts.
  Level 2 certificate (CPCAB) - Counselling skills.
  Level 3 certificate (CPCAB) - Counselling studies.
  Level 4 Diploma – Humanistic Counselling.
  I also have various certificates in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Assessments, Self-Harm training and Suicide.
