I support adults and children of all ages in an empathic, non-judgemental way to allow my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe space. I am experienced in working with both teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, depression and I have also specialised in bereavement counselling. I provide an environment tailored to suit each individuals needs, using a Humanistic Integrative approach to empower my clients to overcome barriers to growth and move forward to enjoy a more fulfilling of life experience.
