The psychological impact of being in a senior leadership role or being a business owner is very real and in many cases can cause major strain on our lives, our relationship, our mental health and cognitive function. It can lead to thought patterns and behaviours that cause us additional problems, as well as impact those around us. Those with a driven and ambitious mindset can often ignore the signs that let us know our wellbeing is deteriorating and this can lead to stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, developing dysfunctional coping tools, struggling with decision making or simply feeling a little lost in life or your career. If any of these resonates with you, then I can help.

I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist, Therapeutic Coach and seasoned Personal Development Coach, with over a decade experience at senior level management in the corporate world. I choose to specialise with this specific client group - because I was this client group.

I understand the pressure, I understand the responsibilities and I understand the consequences when we don't stop and start taking care of ourselves and dealing with issues we may have been ignoring whilst we were 'too busy'.

I experienced all this first hand myself and its why I created my 8Wise™ methodology and published my book: 8 Wise Ways to a Healthier Happier Mind, so I could support other senior leaders and business owners to protect their psychological wellbeing whilst also fulfilling their responsibilities and achieving their desired levels of success. Basically, I help you learn to navigate with clarity and confidence, challenging personal and professional experiences and transitions, that are having a negative impact on your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and areas of your life. I also have experience of working wit ADHD and bariatric patients.

Therapists and Coaches, I can also teach you to use my 8Wise™ methodology with your own clients, so they can start living the 8Wise Way for optimal mental health and wellbeing. or even as part of a wellbeing in the workplace initiative.

Effective Therapy and coaching require your commitment alongside my guidance and support. I work online via Zoom, as that is what my client group prefer. If you feel 'now' is the right time for you to get some support and make positive changes in your life, then get in touch by email. I promise a friendly face, an empathetic ear, a practical approach, along with a safe and confidential space.
