With a background in psychology, a clinical understanding of the mind and human behaviour is the foundation of therapeutic work I undertake with clients. I have extensive professional experience working with a wide variety of people experiencing a diverse range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addiction and bereavement, however will always tailor my approach to your unique personal circumstances

Working with an existentially informed person-centred framework, I am primarily interested in understanding you, allowing time and space to explore issues that are important to you. My approach is characterised by curiosity of the human condition and informed by philosophy, art and culture in addition to influences including psychodyamic and Laingian theory

I only offer in person therapy in a spacious, comfortable and private Glasgow city centre venue and sessions can be arranged in a flexible manner to suit your needs.
