Welcome! Firstly, you are not wrong for struggling, suffering or seeking support. Therapy can help you to resolve, manage or come to terms with life's difficulties, restore healthy functioning, and support your whole being. Here you'll find kind and professional guidance to help you to cope with personal challenges or psychological problems. It is also a space for self-enquiry and exploring ways to experience life that fulfils you.
My approach could be a good fit if you want to:
• Find solid ground when things feel unsteady.
• Give your experience some attention and space, learning to safely and effectively approach the thoughts, feelings, behaviours or events that are difficult or taking over.
• Expand your awareness and use new insight to guide your actions.
• Allow things to move, when ready, bringing change and flow to areas that may be stuck.
• Enrich connections, including the relationship you have with yourself, with others, and the things that matter most to you.
• Grow confidence in being who you are, unlearning what you are not, so you can live with greater freedom in each moment.
I am a qualified, experienced, accredited therapist working with adults. I use a range of therapeutic methods which I integrate into a tailored approach for each individual. My practice most often aligns with modern ‘third wave’ psychotherapies, which offer tools and practices to help with inner exploration and effective responding to life's challenges and opportunities.
I personally know the immense value of this work, so I offer it with the greatest care and respect, appreciating the courage it might take and the gifts it can give.
I love to see the transformations - both simple and profound - that can happen within people in this space, when the layers of disconnection and discomfort that built up in life are able to be processed and the essential self is supported to shine, bringing a greater sense of wholeness and ease.
Please do get in touch if you are interested and would like to have a free initial discussion.
