I am a qualified experienced Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist offering you a warm, friendly service, supporting each person's individual needs working with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship, anger, self-harm, self-esteem and work related issues.
I can offer you an empathic, non-judgemental service in a safe environment where we can work together allowing you to talk and express yourself freely through a variety of tools and theoretical models.
The approaches I use are: Person Centred, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt, Brief Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, Psychosynthesis Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). I also provide walk & talk/outdoor therapy.
I am also a Registered MBACP and a member of ACTO.
