I have lived in Penarth for most of my life with different periods spent in the United States, London and Somerset. As well as being a counsellor, I am a Yoga teacher and have been for over 20 years. I bring a warm and relaxed approach to my work which I hope clients find welcoming and that they can feel at ease within a short space of time. I highly regard the non-judgmental space that counselling offers and I enjoy working creatively with each and every client in a unique and personal way.
