I run my own practice located in Stalybridge and work from a private therapy room. The room is located in a quiet, private space which allows the opportunity for you to talk in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space without interruption from the outside world.
I offer therapy at affordable rates, starting with a free 20-minute telephone consultation that will provide you with the opportunity to tell me a little more about yourself and what you wish to work on in therapy and will also help you decide if I am the right counsellor for you. It will allow me to assess what type of therapy may work best for you to achieve the desired outcome. I believe everyone should have the option of seeking counselling, regardless of their financial situation and therefore offer reduced rates for people on lower incomes.
