Counselling is such a personal experience that it is important you find the right Counsellor you feel comfortable with. I am open, honest, supportive and passionate about helping other people get a positive and worthwhile experience from their counselling journey, whether that be implementing changes or coping strategies into your life, understanding what is happening in your life or even expressing your feelings right now and making sense of them.

I am an integrative therapist which means that I adapt my approach to meet the needs and requirements of each individual client. I can provide counselling and wellbeing support through various mediums such as video calls and online, or telephone. It is important you feel comfortable with the type of counselling you receive, so we can chat about what works best for you.

I have a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society. I am DBS checked and I work mainly with adults.
