I am a therapeutic counsellor working with clients of all ages, integrating the use of listening, talking, CBT skills and resources, play, art, sand, symbols and mindfulness techniques depending on what the client wants, feels comfortable with and finds useful. I love working with children and young people and have specialised training in counselling those aged 4 -18 years as well as those with special needs and learning difficulties. I have worked as a counsellor in a number of main stream primary, secondary and special schools. I offer one-to-one counselling children, young people and adults as well as support for parents.
