Thank you for expressing an interest in working with me.

I am a qualified (L5) therapist working with young people (Age 11 -16) and adults in the education & voluntary sectors. Although my practice is rooted in humanistic techniques, I feel it’s important for a therapist to be both adaptable and creative so as to meet the presenting needs of each respective client. With this in mind, I define my approach as being integrative.

I have a qualification (L6) in therapeutic counselling supervision and also have experience of delivering both counselling courses (CPCAB) and CPD workshops in a range of different settings.

My guiding principle is that everyone has the capacity for growth and the potential to achieve meaningful change. With the right conditions and a supportive environment, I believe that individuals can learn, heal and grow despite adversity.
