Thank you for expressing an interest in working with me.

I am a qualified (L5) counsellor working with young people (Age 11 -16) and adults in the education & voluntary sectors. Although my practice is rooted in Humanistic techniques, I feel it’s important for a therapist to be both adaptable and creative so as to meet the presenting needs of each respective client. With this in mind, I define my approach as Integrative.

I am also currently undertaking a qualification (L6) in therapeutic counselling supervision which is due to conclude in November (2024).

My guiding principle is that everyone has the capacity for growth and the potential to achieve meaningful change. With the right conditions and supportive environment, I believe that individuals can learn, heal and grow despite adversity.
