I am an experienced counsellor with over ten years experience working in the Voluntary, Private and Employee Assistance settings. From my comfortable, safe and accessible counselling premises, I aim to offer you the space to explore the areas of your life that cause you difficulty and impact negatively your mental wellbeing.
I have worked both in the short term Soloution focused brief therapy model and also long term therapy for those clients where this is most apporpriate. Prior to commencing therapy I always provide a free consultation over the phone to discuss your needs.
I am fully ensured and committed to at least 30 hours of CPD and have a wide range of CPD courses planned for the near future.
