Therapy provides you with a safe place to explore your situation in a safe, supportive and confidential environment with someone who can empathise, understand your situation and help guide you to solutions, new ways of thinking, or just give you space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
I help clients see things in a different way and help them make sense of what is happening in their world, teaching them useful tools to help them manage stress, anxiety, depression or simply to help them build confidence or self belief in themselves as a person.
