I am a fully qualified, fully registered and Insured Counsellor and Hypnotherapist. I work in a person-centered and integrative way as I believe that one approach does not fit all and that clients may need different aspects from different branches of therapy during their time in therapy. I offer a safe, empathic space for you to really open up and work through what is going on for you. I specialise in bereavement, having extensive bereavement training and working with a bereavement charity.

All the hypnotherapy packages I offer are bespoke and tailor made to my clients needs.
