I am an integrative counsellor based just outside of Norwich. I offered tailored therapy to the individual using a variety of modalities, including CBT, psychodynamic and person-centred techniques. I offer both face to face and remote appointments.
I have a particular interest in poly-vagal theory and how connection with the body affects our state of mind, believing that a holistic approach is the most effective form of treatment.
