Due to the Covid-19 pandemic I have suspended face-to-face sessions and am now offering sessions online or on the telephone. You may be experiencing increased anxiety about your health or that of those you love or due to being unable to live life as normal. You may be a key worker struggling with the stress and anxiety of being on the frontline. I am here to support you during this time and for as long as you need.
I have worked supporting people for the last ten years and recently retrained and qualified as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I work with teenagers and adults who find they are feeling stuck and don’t know how to move forward.
You may be feeling stuck because of anxiety, sadness, anger or difficulty understanding what has happened in your life. You may have been given an official mental health diagnosis or it may be that things just don’t feel right and you want to know why. Whatever the difficulty is we can work together to discover what is happening and how to change things for the better.
I offer a warm, supportive space and a trusting, non-judgemental relationship within which you can explore what you’re experiencing. I draw from many different theories and disciplines, including Gestalt, Person Centred and creative therapies. Together we can find what works for you, whether that is a traditional style of talking therapy or something more creative including writing, art, clay or sand tray work.
