Life can be overwhelming at times, leaving us feeling down, lost, anxious, or not even sure what we are feeling but we know it's not us.
You don't have to face it alone. We all need support during tough times, and the past few years have brought constant change and additional negativity for everyone.
Whether you've been silently struggling for a while or facing sudden challenges like loss or major life changes, it's easy to feel isolated in this fast-paced world.
Remember, you are not alone. Seeking help can be daunting, I understand how difficult it can be. As a Counsellor, I personalise my approach to the individual and build trust by offering a calm and safe space to talk freely and be truly heard. I can help you step back from overwhelming situations and others' expectations to understand what you truly think or need.
Together, we'll navigate the messy, complicated emotions that arise during difficult times, guiding you toward peace and clarity to allow you to move forward.
I provide both online sessions and outdoor walk-and-talk sessions in Lee on the Solent, Hampshire. As an integrative therapist (trained in a number of different approaches) and with experience in both corporate and NHS settings I have tools in my backpack to support you, all you need to bring to our sessions is you - we'll work out how the rest of it goes, together.
I look forward to helping you untangle and release those negative thoughts and replace those coping mechanisms with understanding, self-compassion, and clarity.

My counselling journey began in 2017, and I've since gained valuable experience in various areas:
Assisting individuals in managing stress as a Wellbeing Trainer and Coach with mental health charity Mind.
Helping clients cope with anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, and other anxiety disorders as a Counsellor with Anxiety UK.
Working for the NHS, specialising in supporting staff well-being, offering personalised stress management, anger, sleep, and well-being coaching, as well as workshops and support.
Supporting clients through grief and loss with The Hampshire Bereavement Charity, providing space to process intense emotions and navigate life after loss.
Having previously worked in a global corporation, I understand the impact of work-related stress, burnout, workplace bullying, redundancy, and other challenges on our mental health.
Remember, seeking help is a courageous step, and I know sometimes the journey feels too much - I am here to support you, there is no need to focus on the entire staircase we only need to focus on the one step in front of us.
