I am a passionate and qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor based in Barry.
I work with an integrative and person-centred approach which I can adapt to suit the client’s individual needs. I see each client as an individual and feel it is important to gain a trusting and genuine relationship in order for them to feel comfortable and safe.
I have always had a passion for helping people and have helped clients with a variety of issues that have affected their lives. Life can bring with it all sorts of emotions, it can be amazing and exciting at times, but can also be stressful and overwhelming.
I am here to help as I believe that no-one should have to feel alone, and everyone should have the opportunity to be listened to and understood.
I continue to add to my practice through numerous Continuous Personal Development courses to ensure that my work and knowledge is kept up to date.
