Online Counselling
As an integrative counsellor I combine theoretical approaches .... Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused, Mindfulness .... using methods as they are are best suited to each individual, and to the presenting problem. I have worked extensively across the private, public, and university sectors for 32 years, offering long and short term face to face therapy, and latterly including online work as an option.
I now work solely online - by telephone or audio, video, instant message, and email - enjoying its effectiveness, and the wider options it offers both clients and myself in our work together.
Supervision
I have supervised trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists for 30 years. I now offer supervision services online via secure platforms and by telephone. Supervision can be one to one, paired, or groups of 3 or 4. Larger groups are also available.
Appointments are available in flexible hours.
