Hello, my name is David Edward, I am a qualified Pluralistic Psychotherapist based in Peasmarsh and Bexhill, East Sussex area. I run one to one session face to face or online. On issues related to personal health, body image, and weight maintenance disordered eating and IBS. I offer sessions on self-esteem, relaxation, stress management, confident building, making effective life transitions, assertive communication skills, past life regression, conflict resolutions, and finding your life purpose. I’m also a qualified teacher and a qualified chef, I run group workshops that are related to disordered eating and cooking aimed to help people with depression, anxiety, loneliness, gut health. I run an ethical practice following the codes of the National Counselling Society.
