Hi, my name is Frances and I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I offer a friendly and non judgemental space for you to talk about any issue you may have offering both long and short term face to face and telephone appointments. I am happy to have an informal chat to help you decide whether counselling is right for you. I have particular interest in Mind Body issues relating to weight loss and also connecting with the elderly, those feeling lonely, to talk about their fears and anxieties in a safe environment.
