I am Iro, a licensed therapist based in London with 3 years of experience. My experience comes from providing psychotherapeutic counselling for adults with a variety of presenting issues, including anxiety, relationship and family issues, coping with life changes & grief and loss.

I approach the therapeutic relationship with empathy, sensitivity, personalised care and respect. I have worked with various clients from diverse backgrounds, various cultures and a wide range of age groups.

My therapy style is integrative, as I apply a combined approach to the therapeutic process, aiming to meet you where you are and identify what will work best for us in order to achieve your goals and make the changes you want in your life. I am experienced in Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & Transactional Analysis.

I strive to build a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship with you and offer you a safe space, compassion, warmth and respect so you can explore yourself deeper, achieve your goals and work towards a more full-filling life!
