I'm a pluralistic counsellor, which means I tailor my approach to suit you best. A proud member of the National Counselling Society, I'm fully insured to ensure your peace of mind.

I provide one-to-one counselling for both adults and young people, offering flexibility with in-person sessions or through telephone, Skype, Facetime, or WhatsApp. While my private practice is based in Wales, I'm delighted to work with clients all over the UK online.

As a qualified counsellor, I work with individuals and couple’s. My approach is person-centred, incorporating healthy challenges to foster growth. Regardless of your background or concerns, I treat each person equally, offering the same core conditions to everyone.

Your well-being is my priority, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey. Feel free to reach out, and let's navigate this path together.
