As an Accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, offering individuals support with Counselling, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. My therapeutic style is Person centred which supports my clients through a shared decision making process. I work with adults, young people and my approach combines, humanistic, psychodynamic.

As a Person centred Psychotherapist and Counsellor I have experience of working in adult and children's services, I have worked with clients who have a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self harm, bereavement, career challenges, phobias and clients who have suffered neurological health issues and its effects. I have supported many people who have experienced physical abuse and emotional abuse.

I have over twenty years of working with adults and young people in services such as homelessness, addictions and career support. I have experience of supporting individuals and their families who have suffered neurological and life changing injuries.

I provide a non-judgmental space where together, we will build a trusting relationship in which you can feel supported to talk about whatever it is that is troubling you. By working together we can seek understanding and enable you to live your most authentic life.

I work in an ethical way, following ethical guidelines to ensure your safety. This promotes the importance of providing a safe, confidential and trusting environment in which individuals can explore challenging emotions.

As well as my private practice, I currently work as a Counsellor within NHS Talking therapies service supporting adults 16+ and also work in another IAPT service. I have worked in charities such as Mind and the Brain Charity as a counsellor supporting adults.
