I have been working in a voluntary capacity as a Psychotherapist/Counsellor for nine years and have over twenty years experience of working in a supportive role in the voluntary sector.
As a Person Centred practitioner it is my passionate belief that, given the right conditions, we can find a way of coming to terms with those things in our life experience which have perhaps created barriers to self knowledge and acceptance. It will be my commitment as your therapist to provide such conditions, constantly, in a warm, safe and non-judgmental space. So that you can move at your own pace towards the answers you need. My clients find my way of working, supportive and also challenging.
