I offer a bespoke counselling experience. I blend several talking therapies including cognitive behavioural therapies CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy ACT, psychodynamic and mindfulness. I use these modalities in response to what you, the client, brings to therapy. Each client experience is unique and personalised.
I am a strong advocate of mental health and have been on my own mental health journey which gives me a wealth of lived experience.
I work online and face to face. I also offer walk and talk therapy.
