I work pluralistically using a variety of different therapies and techniques to support clients with their unique needs and goals. I work with a variety of issues including, self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, sexual harm, domestic abuse and bereavement.
I am passionate about mental health and offer a non-judgemental, safe space with structured time to allow clients to explore emotions. I provide empathy, understanding and congruence for all my clients and feel privileged to be part of their journey.
