I am a Pluralistic Counsellor & Coach with specialised diplomas in Drug and Alcohol Counselling. I provide tailored 1-2-1 interventions for individuals aged 14 and older, offering a blend of online, face-to-face, and walk-and-talk therapy. In private practice, I address diverse client needs by combining counselling and coaching techniques, integrating CBT, PCT, psychodynamic interventions, and ADHD management.

I run a private practice from our farm in Tetsworth, working with a diverse client base, including teenagers, parents, and business professionals. While I work in various fields, I specialise in psychoeducation around ADHD and impulse control. As someone with ADHD and a parent to three children with ADHD, my experience is both personal and professional.

My practice offers flexible therapy options, including online sessions and unique, liberating experiences on the farm. Utilising our animals and the natural environment, I provide an alternative approach to traditional therapy, enhancing the therapeutic process through walk-and-talk sessions. My goal is to create a safe, relatable, and inclusive space for exploring mental health and developing strategies to manage ADHD and other challenges. Through personalised and innovative approaches, I help clients gain insights and achieve their personal and professional goals.
