I specialise in addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety , depression, trauma related issues and relationship conflicts. My expertise extends beyond traditional talk therapy. I am well versed in mindfulness techniques, equipping clients with valuable tools to enhance self awareness and emotional regulation.
Drawing from my training in Mindfulness- Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) I guide individuals in cultivating present moment awareness and resilience in the face of life's challenges.
