Providing a safe, warm space where you can explore your feelings and thoughts is at the core of my work, helping to form a therapeutic relationship and empowering you to make choices for your own wellbeing.
I have experience of working with adults and young people with a range of needs and am happy to work with whatever the client brings to therapy.
Having worked for many years with businesses to support their growth and change as a business coach, I am passionate about work place relationships and wellbeing. Believing that this is fundamental to business success, I can create bespoke workshops for the business community.
As an accredited member of The National Counselling Society I work within their ethical framework and code of practice.
