I understand how apprehensive people can feel and how overwhelming it can seem to take that first step in meeting a counsellor which is why we can start with a shorter free 20/30-minute consultation where we can briefly explore the reasons behind seeking therapy and you can ask any questions to allow you to feel comfortable working with me.
