Hi, I'm Jolian, an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, and I specialise in helping individuals like you navigate anxiety. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or constantly on edge, I'm here to support you. I work virtually, so you can access therapy from the comfort of your own home.

Anxiety is a common experience, but it doesn't have to control your life. Together, we'll explore practical strategies to manage anxiety, build resilience, and find some balance in life.

I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach, which is why I draw on a range of evidence-based techniques. We’ll work collaboratively to address your unique challenges. You're not alone—I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

Whether you're struggling with generalised anxiety, panic attacks, or social anxiety, our sessions will be a safe space to explore, learn, and grow.

Clients tell me I provide a safe, genuine, warm connection for them, and work in partnership to reach goals that make a real impact. Here's an anonymised client testimonial: “Jolian was amazing. I was so nervous to have counselling for the first time but he put me at ease straight away. My stress is much lower and my panic attacks have stopped completely!"

Reach out today to schedule your free initial consultation. I look forward to meeting you soon.
