Do you struggle to cope with the stress of everyday life?

Do you feel anxious at the thought of leaving your comfort zone?

Do you constantly worry what other people think of you?

Do you lie awake at night going over your day and struggling to switch off?

If any of this sounds familiar, you may benefit from counselling. I am trained to help you explore the challenges you are experiencing and to process difficult emotions that may arise. I will provide a safe space for you to reflect on what is going on for you and help you to learn healthier ways of coping. I will always attempt to understand the world as you see it, and take a compassionate and empathetic approach to your situation. By working together, we can resolve issues which may be bothering you so that you may live a more fulfilled and contented life.

If this sounds like something that could be helpful for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. It can be scary asking for help, but you can be proud of yourself for taking the first step.

I currently have availability for online and telephone counselling. I mostly offer evening sessions on weekdays, but can provide limited daytime weekend sessions on request.
