Key Workers CounsellingMates in Mind

I use an integrative approach to counselling with models of therapy tailored to your individual need these can include Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, CBT, Inner Child and more. I have experience supporting adults with a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, relationship breakdowns (individual), bullying, issues in the workplace, childhood trauma, low mood and depression.

I offer a safe, comfortable environment and a confidential, supportive and friendly space. Counselling can help alleviate the feelings of despair, confusion, apathy, and fear with tools to help reduce anxiety and give you back a sense of control and improved quality of life.

As the expert in your own experiences, we can explore and uncover the obstacles and patterns that are no longer working for you and support you to find new ways to move towards a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled future.
