With a background in nursing I have been working as a counsellor, supervisor and clinical hypnotherapist for over 20 years. I am passionate about my work with individual clients and couples and also the supervision groups that I run.

I work with many different issues and see people either from recommendation or GP referral dealing with all issues from relationship difficulties, separation, break-up, abuse and bereavement to problems with confidence, anxiety and stress. Where required I add hypnotherapy for panic attacks, phobias, smoking and alcohol cessation and weight loss, also incorporating NLP and EFT. I work from home and also offer home visits and telephone counselling.
