I support my clients with a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques. We’ll talk about what you want to get out of therapy and I’ll adapt my process to suit you, and your hopes and goals for our work. I offer counselling for all kinds of issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship problems.

I also have a specialism in chronic pain treatment, using evidence-based psychological techniques (I’m trained by SIRPA and Dr. Howard Schubiner) to help my clients radically improve their quality of life and even fully recover from chronic pain conditions.
