• Qualifications & Experience

  I have Level 5 Diploma in Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Prof.Dip.Psy C, Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory and Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy.
  In the past I did an MA in Political Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Policy and my BA was in Linguistics.
  
  My fields of expertise include: personal counselling, including hypnotherapy, for which I have received training in Edinburgh. I am a certified counsellor and use Integrated Counselling covering Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I offer therapies to work on issues of Relationships, Stress and Anxiety, Self Defeating Behaviours, Motivation and Goal Setting, Bereavement and Loss.
  
  At present, I work in high schools around Edinburgh and provide counselling to high school children aged 11-18.
