Hello, my name is Chui-Ling and I love being a counsellor.

The hardest part of therapy can be asking for help and admitting we need it, if you are reading this you have already made one of the hardest steps to reclaiming your mental health and personal well-being.

Wanting to change and taking the first step to having counselling can be daunting, however, you can rest assured that together we can explore the issues and work our way through the difficulties to make a positive long term change for the better.

Counselling can help with long-term physical health problems, difficult life events such as redundancy, divorce, trauma and many other mental health concerns. Sometimes, speaking to a professional and not your loved ones can make all the difference. Friends do not always understand whilst a counsellor can offer understanding and direction. Some of the issues you may be facing may include, anxiety, depression, bereavement, life changes, etc.

As well as adults, I also counsel adolescents (11 years upwards). Life for adolescents can be challenging and it can help to talk to someone about issues they're finding difficult.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope to hear from you soon.
